Quality control is part of each underwear OEM and ODM order. Telige checks materials, production details, sizing, sewing quality, appearance and packing before shipment.
Fabric inspection
Fabric is checked for color, hand feel, stretch, visible defects and order consistency before cutting.
Cutting inspection
Cut pieces are checked against the approved sample, pattern and size requirements before sewing.
Sewing inspection
Sewing checks focus on stitch quality, seam strength, elastic tension, trims, cup shape, waistband position and product appearance.
Finished goods inspection
Finished underwear is checked for measurements, color matching, labels, stains, loose threads and packing accuracy.
Carton inspection
Cartons are checked for quantity, size mix, shipping marks and export packing requirements before shipment.
